In one neigbourhood where it is certain that montly rent of flats are 2000 euros and cats  do weight 2 kg.  In one another neigbourhood where rents are not known exactly to valuate rents of flats there weight of cats living there can be measured and  if cats there  are around 1 kg,   then with simple correlation rents there can be 1000 euros.
